No Time Like The Present To Reconnect With Nature
Spring is now here and it is the perfect time to get reacquainted with nature. Not sure you have time for this. If you don't make time for nature you could be putting your health at risk. Studies show that 30 minutes walking in a forest can help your stress levels decrease significantly. Can't go for such a walk, how about a little gardening, planting a plant indoors, putting up pictures with nature scenes, buying a bouquet of flowers or even just a single flower to gaze upon. The sights, smells and textures of a plant can do wonders for your well being. Placing a cactus by your computer helps to control those ions in the air emitted from your computer that can drag you down throughout the day. Not sure how to get started, contact me at reconnect@nili.ca or 905-235-2575 and we can setup a consultation or a lecture for your group. Learn simple tricks to help get you reconnected with nature again and on the way to a healthier you.
